Bloody Brilliant.

These things are stunning. The metallic surface effect has a sort of crumpled-tinfoil-ball look to it, and I mean that in the best way; it's mesmerizing to the eye. There's just enough red to really pop without overwhelming the lettering or making it look visually messy.

To me, this particular set with its blood spatter bring to mind a cursed sword (ala Craven Edge, hello Critical Role fans) or perhaps a gunslinger or soldier character. They'll probably be my go-to next time I run Curse of Strahd, for obvious reasons.

As with other sets in the Mythril line, Starrazor has a surface shine similar to gloss nail polish, and in this case the red spatter is applied on top in a very convincingly bloody way. The metallic texturing has a way of washing out any minor imperfections, of which there are very little. The sharper corners and lighter weight of the dice lead to a crisp, short roll on the table, which isn't a bad thing, and in particular is kind towards surfaces that might be dented by a heavier die.
