We have an in-house R&D team of talented artists and designers that live to tinker.
When we started in 2015, we were simply selling stock metal and polymer dice. As of 2023, nearly every product we sell was designed by our team.
Though it's easier and less expensive to sell off-the-shelf products, doing it from scratch is more fun, more fulfilling, and results in a noticeably better experience for our customers.
Over the years we have brought many innovations to the world of dice that have now become commonplace. Some of these include metal dice with gemtone inlays, folding snap trays, magnetic folding trays, and our scrolls of rolling.

We Do it Ourselves
In-House Fulfillment
In the beginning, we dabbled in drop-shipping dice, but found that we had almost no way to help customers if something went wrong. We also tried selling on Amazon, but still couldn't guarantee our customers were getting good service. The only way we could ensure a good experience was to take the entire process in-house. It's certainly more effort, but we know it's worth the added complexity and expense.
Occasionally a mistake will still happen, but at least this way we are completely accountable and empowered to fix it for you and other customers going forward.
