I ordered these dice a couple of weeks ago and they arrived in beautiful condition aside from one tiny flaw. One of the numbers wasn't painted. No big deal, it's just a number on one of the side of the d20, I could just paint it myself. But I decided to let die hard dice know that they may want to check their quality control, and I showed them pictures of the unpainted number.
I had already determined I would paint the number, but Tennessee Smith offered to send me a new D20 from the same set to make up for the mistake. I gladly accepted, and I will be a returning customer! The replacement d20 arrived today and all numbers are painted and accounted for. I'm genuinely blown away that they would go out of their way like that for a simple thing like one of the numbers being unpainted. Thanks Tennessee and thank you Die Hard Dice! The dice are beautiful too btw
Amazing packaging and arrived on time
These dice are super cool for the price. They look like metal! They are not. I like the personal touches included in the package. These folks are gonna make me a dice goblin.
The stylish silver Starrazor dice set is excellent. I use them for a Pathfinder PC, a rogue who goes by “Silver”. But they work for any theme- goth, Sci Fi whatever.
I don’t plan to get any dice other than this style from DHD. Best dice I’ve owned.
